It's amazes me to see the turnout to the LCM's this semester.. Might be due to you being bored on a thursday evening, you just wanna get points for your buddy system or you're just genuinely there to bond with your fellow AIESECers, we're really glad to see you guys. Like what Heidi said (not me), the LXS team is doing a really great job putting the LCM's together, which I think is really nice to hear..

Anyways, our beloved LCP gave us an insight about what being LCP of such a cool and hip youth organisation is, the highs and lows, and how it will be the best thing you've ever done in your life.. So if any of you guys who were at LCM was inspired by her presentation, go for it and run for LCP position.

Huihui from the finance portfolio gave us a whole lecture about the finances of AIESEC (which is looking good and strong), the importance of budgeting and like she said, "NO DOCUMENTATION, NO MONEY!!"

Regarding the current recruitment drive, CK (newly appointed OGX director) reported that it's been going well, but we can still do so much more, we just need to keep the momentum going. More help will be needed at the stalls for next week, lecture bashing (talk to Jing or Raymond on that) as well, and there's another info session coming wednesday. Also, induction sessions are starting next week so come along and help out if you can.

A big cheer goes out to Daniel and Jeannie, who both managed to secure meetings for a potential raise.. These guys have been hard at work for that raise and their efforts won't go unrewarded by the HR team (but lollies is a BIT tacky :P)

So already looking forward to seeing you guys at the next LCM, can't wait for it.. Till then
