Leadership Development Seminar

The 2006 Leadership Development Seminar,
hosted by AIESEC Victoria, aims to connect
today’s leaders with the leaders of tomorrow.
The event will allow students to explore multiple
topics including:
- Leadership Across Borders
- Integrity in Leadership
- Tips on Being a good Leader

Participants are also able to explore the
opportunities available for young people to
activate their own leadership through AIESEC
membership.

This event will be attended by delegates from
Melbourne, Monash and RMIT Universities.

Speakers include:

John Gibney
John Gibney is an organisational consultant,
psychotherapist, and trainer. For four years John
was Dean of International House at the
University of Melbourne, a residential college
housing and developing over 280 students from
thirty countries. As Director of Managing
Differences for the past nine years, John has
taken his clinical and cross-cultural experience
into the workplace of major banking, mining,
insurance, computer, telecommunications and
manufacturing companies.

Adrian Nathanielsz
Adrian Nathaniel is the Client Director of Growth
Solutions (Audit & Assurance) at Deloitte.
